THERMAL IMAGING
Thermal imaging for predictive maintenance is a sophisticated technology that allows us to detect potential issues with equipment before they become major problems. By monitoring the thermal patterns of your electrical switchboards, we can identify areas of excessive heat that may indicate an impending fault. This early warning system allows for timely repairs and reduces the likelihood of unexpected downtime, in accordance with ISO 18436.7 and AS-NZS_3019-2022.
RCD CIRCUIT BREAKER TESTING
RCD circuit breaker testing is a critical safety measure that verifies that your circuit breakers are functioning properly. RCDs (residual current devices) protect against electric shock by disconnecting the power supply when they detect an imbalance in the current. By testing your RCD circuit breakers regularly, you can ensure that they are able to provide the necessary protection in the event of an electrical fault, in accordance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 3760:2022
APPLIANCE TESTING
Appliance testing is a thorough inspection of your portable electrical equipment, including those used in the workplace. This process checks for visible damage or wear, tests the functionality of the appliance, and ensures that it is properly earthed, in accordance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 3760:2022
RENTAL PROPERTY SAFETY INSPECTIONS
